Photo Coming SoonHi.  My name is Ellen and I am the business manager for Heintz Orthodontics.”  I have been married to Dr. Heintz since 1973 and we worked together to raise four beautiful children- Bill Jr., Matt, Pat and Jamie, and to build our business- Alton Parkway Orthodontics.

I take care of all of the “business” aspects of running our orthodontic office.  I am responsible for paying all of the bills, all employee issues and benefits, and any problems that may affect our patients or parents.

Our team is a caring, compassionate group that puts our patient’s well being as the first priority in our office.  Still, there are situations that arise when misunderstandings occur and our patient or their parent’s are not 100% satisfied with their total experience in our office.  My most important duty is to listen to both sides of any issue and interpret the situation for the best solution for our patients and our team.

Please feel free to call me any time that you are not happy with your visit and care in our office.  If I am not in, please leave a message in my voice mail, and I will return your call as soon as possible.  We believe we are the best orthodontic office in the area and we want our patients to believe the same and help us change if we need to change in our approach to their total care.

Not only do I work with (in my opinon) the best staff in the world, but I also enjoy seeing all the smiling faces of the patients! I graduated in May of 2008 from Murray State University in Kentucky and absolutely loved it! It is my lifelong dream to go to dental school, so I spend lots of time working on that. But in my free time I enjoy relaxing with my friends, working out, playing tennis, and pretty much any outdoor activity. Oh, and I have a little puppy named Murray:he's the love of my life, but don't believe what everyone says, he's NOT spoiled! I look forward to helping you achieve your life changing smile!
